The Board of Directors of BIDV Securities Company (BSC) has approved issuing 65.73 million stocks as private placement to Hana Financial Investment Co Ltd (HFI).

The BIDV Securities Company (BSC) will ask shareholders for approval to
increase capital at the company''s annual shareholder meeting, which
will be held on April 23.
